If the cancellation of the departure is determined by an authority measure, the reservation can be refunded without cancellation penalties; otherwise, if you decide to cancel your stay for your greater safety and precaution, you have no right for any refund of the advance or deposit already paid. It is, in fact, a personal choice even if justified by the situation.
